At Classic our aim is not to build the same home twice.
Aspect, outlook, amenity, solar access, planning controls and so on all play a role in making the most of a site. Simply dropping a one size fits all home on to a site without incorporating passive thermal comfort elements and the internal floor plan layout designed to allow multiple breeze paths through the building into a design is not the Classic way.
