Yes we do, however our aim is not to build the same home twice. Aspects, outlook, amenity, planning controls and so on all play a role in making the most of a site.
Our designers will sit down with you, discuss the overall design and features then provide a conceptual design in line with your brief.

Since its establishment in 1990, Classic Building has designed and built numerous homes. The Classic team is passionate about every home and has years of combined experience, incorporating the company’s classic, timeless architecture with today’s high-tech developments including passive thermal comfort and energy efficiency. The resulting homes are attractive, sit easily within the surrounding landscape, boast a number of sustainable & environmentally-friendly energy-saving features and fit right into Classic Building’s extensive portfolio.

We have a guide available which gives an indicative idea of our pricing range. However, most of our homes are custom designed to suit our client's individual needs and as such the price will vary depending on your personal design.

Classic has been building throughout Greater Sydney, The Central Coast & The Hunter for over 30 years.

During this time we have and still do build outside of these area. The map below shows a general build zone however, if your desired location is not specified feel free to Contact Us to see if Classic can help you build your dream home!

Areas outside Sydney, within that radius, attract a one-off travel allowance. Other areas are dependent on availability of crews, and will also attract an additional travel allowance.
